wats a easy way to learn my splits better and easy ways to get over my fear of flipping and a easy way to to a backwalkover

  1. I have an answer for the first two but not the third.. (whats a backwalkover?) Splits are simple to practice. Simply go down as far as you can into the split. Once you get to the point where it hurts a little, push it a tiny bit more, so its painful (not agonizingly so) and just stay there for about 2mins (if you can't handle 2 mins just do 1 min). Do this every day. You will find that you can go a little lower each time, until eventually you will be able to reach the bottom. I learned side splits this way.

    I used to fear flipping, but I got over it. Start by doing forward rolls. Do 20-50 of these. Then do diving rolls, again 20-50 reps. Then try flipping onto your back. (with a crash mat or trampoline ofcourse) once you have the courage to go onto your back a few times you pretty much there. Next just try flipping and landing on your bottom. Do that a few times and just progress. Thats how I did it :) .

    PS: It took me about a week to touch the bottom on my side splits. Good Luck!
