Wats a good ab workout for boxing?

everytime i ask my trainer that he starts throwing medicine balls at my abs. i kno that helps but i want to build up my ab muscles first before i do it. anybody want to share their abs workout they use?

like 3 X 15 crunches or something........

  1. That's too little. Here's my ab workout.

    1000 situps (10 sets of 100)

    1000 crunches (10 sets of 100)

    100 leg lifts (5 sets of 20)

    200 side crunches (4 sets of 50 on each side)  


  2. Well, cause i'm just 15, I cannot do too many...

    I'm still student..

    200 situps (2 sets of 100)

    200 crunches (10 sets of 100)

    20 leg lifts (2 sets of 10)

    50 side crunches (2 sets of 25 on each side)
