Wats a good daily routine that will help me lose lots of weight?

i am overweight and i want to see improvements in atleast a month, wats a good daily routine uncluding wat food to eat during breakfast, lunch, and dinner and wat excersises to do everyday at certain times. if u need more info message me, thank u, i am desperate, and if there is a website where i enter my status and it can tell me wat to do, that would be helpful too. thanks in advance!

  1. Walk 30 minutes a day

    Take the stairs instead of the elevator

    If you have to go somewhere near, take a walk, not your car

    A few sit-ups each day

    Eat at least 5 fruit and vegetables a day, if you don't like them look for recipes that will make you love them

    Eat fish or seafood several times a week

    Do not overuse red meat

    Avoid snacks

    Try not to eat between meals. In order to do so, eat to your heart's content during meals.

    There's no miracle recipe. Just get a healthy way of life, and eat to live instead of living to eat.

    When you feel the need to go to your fridge, try to find another exciting thing to do, or eat a fruit.

    Oh yeah and don't believe ****ers, websites or magazines who tell you you can lose 20-30 pounds in only 2 weeks time. That's nonsense. You would lose them by depriving yourself totally, and then you will regain them after a few months.

    If you want to see your extra pounds gone for good, it must be little by little, . Trust me !
