  1. A little stress is normal so it's good to get into a health regime that you can use throughout your life. Exercise, proper sleep hygiene, a good diet and a buddy you can talk to.

    It works for major depression too. I'm prone to stress and depression and have to live a balanced life.

    2.  Do something good for someone else (volunteer).  It will make you feel much better.

    stay in touch w/ postive people

    do a hobby or sport

    write in a journal

  5. Listening to music, being with friends.  

  6. try routines. Schedule out your day. You feel more in control. Go for a run. It will relieve tension. Paint or write in a journal.

  8. go out and exercize, or do it in your home. thats always been a best for me for when i get really anxious. im supposed to be on 6mg xanax/ativan, but id rather do exercize instead, its health and makes me happy
