Posh **** : it just means that, that person is of higher class or thinks they are! with the added swear word which explains hes defo not posh using that word!

There's a number of meanings.

The most common one is to polish the old chap whilst wearing a condom.

It can be even posher if you or the person is wearing a glove (evening dress style, not functional/industrial gloves) whilst trying to burp your worm.

Of course the ultimate posh refinement is for the hand being used to be wearing a satin glove, with expensive jewellery, and most important: to do so with the pinkie finger sticking out like posh people do when drinking their tea from fine Spode bone china cups...Use of silver sugar tongs is optional  ;-D

But REALLY posh people don't bother with all that; they just make a mess as usual and get their maid/butler/valet to clean up afterwards.
