  1. They are basically the same thing.

Gracie Jujitsu was founded by Helio Gracie.

Caique Jujitsu was founded by  Carlos Caique Elias, a disciple of Brazilian jujitsu.

    They are the same thing.

Just take the one that's either cheaper, or closer to you.

  2. Do they offer a free class? Most places do. You should go and take a class at each gym and then decide. You want the best quality instruction. The name doesn't matter. Go and see which you like better and then you can see if there are any differences in the syles yourself. Good luck on picking a gym and I hope you enjoy your training.

  3. They are the same art, as for which  one to join it will not matter all that will matter is how much you apply yourself to the art.

  4. they are both brazilian jujutsu. they both spell jujutsu incorrectly.

gracie jujutsu is the "original" style of brazilian jujutsu, which was based on judo. "gracie" is the family name of the founders of the art. and is also the name of the original art..which is nothing like what you see in tournaments...it was a street fighting art. not a sport.

so today you have "bjj" ...a generic term for people who grapple and adapted from gracie jujutsu and use it as a sport.

all bjj comes from gracie jujutsu...gracie jujutsu comes from judo...judo is japanese and comes from japanese jujutsu.

most bjj people won't admit that bjj comes from judo, but the man who taught carlos gracie was a member of the kodokan, the first judo school.
