um, i think you mean tourettes, but you have the idea of it wrong

its mainly centred around nervous twitches, and involentary movements

as it gets more serious, involantary yelling/swearing ect.

looks like you've got a couple different answers...I would say tourettes, but the people that said bipolar aren't too far off.  Tourettes is a nervous system disorder that involves "tics" each person's tick is a bit different.  For one it could be shouting a string of obscenities for no reason, and for another it could be slapping themselves in the back of the head or face.  Bipolar is a mental disorder characterized by very quick (and often unprovoked) changes in mood and temperment.  A person could go from being very happy to very angry over the smallest reason (like ordering food at a restaurant and they run out of you favorite kind of salad dressing could be enough to make them throw their menu at someone and storm out of the place)  Hope this helps

Touretts syndrome may not be the only possibility. Many other mental disorders may have the same symptoms, such as Psychosis, Schizophrenia, Bipolar disorder; there is not only one disease here.

I am recovering from schizophrenia, and have noticed that I had these symptoms before, so that's where my source is coming from.
