i don't know if ur kidding or not im sure you are but the number for 911 is 911....REMEMBER: Only call in emergencies

It's 911.

If your phone isn't working at all as in no dial tone or it's dead, then it won't go through.

UPDATE: Try using another phone or going to a neighbors house, but it's only for emergencies. I don't think your situation counts as an emergency since you have enough time to post and update your question, no offense. Try searching for a non-emergency number for your city or county.
