  1. If you mean to ask about the oldest tree species, and not the oldest individual tree, most scientists think it's the Gingko tree (Gingko biloba), native to eastern Asia.

For centuries it was thought to be extinct in the wild, but is now known to grow in at least two small areas in Zhejiang province in Eastern China.

The Ginkgo is a living fossil, with fossils recognisably related to modern Ginkgo from the Permian, dating back 270 million years.

Sure, this is the oldest tree species that still exist.

Then there's one of the oldest extinct species, the Wattieza tree.

"he first complete fossil of the world's oldest tree - a primitive 380-million-year-old plant resembling a modern palm or tree fern - has been uncovered by U.S. palaeontologists.

The eight-metre fossil of the species Wattieza has enabled scientists to reconstruct the ancient tree in its entirety for the first time, and solves a century-old palaeobotanical mystery. The species also lends new insights into the evolution of terrestrial trees and forest ecosystems."

  2. bristlecone pine = 4,275 years old

  3. Stockholm - The world's oldest living tree on record is a nearly 10 000 year-old spruce that has been discovered in central Sweden

Giant Sequoias are the most massive trees ever to inhabit the earth, and are among the oldest. Heights of  90 metres (300 feet) and diameters of  9 m (30 feet) are common. Their ages usually range from 2,000 to 3,000 years , only Bristlecone Pines are older.

  4. Money plant.

  5. Well...

The Pando Tree is said to be the oldest, it's like 80,000 years old, but I don't think there is much evidence for that one.

Some clone of a tree called the Norway Spruce was aged at like 9,000 years old, I thinkthat'ss more likely that the Pando Tree's age.

    I like trees :D
