Wats the quickest way to get an 8 pack ?

i need 2 get an 8 pack 4 my girlfriend but all i can get is a 4 pack.

usually the corner liquor store has all the different "packs" you need... she's a girl, she shouldn't need more than a four pack..... oh you're talking about weight lifting.... sorry,... burp. LOL

Seriously, why do you NEED to get an 8 pack? It's only abdominal muscles... not very useful at all other than to glance at or support your back a bit more.
