me and my friend got in an argument and he's thinks u can marry ur 2nd cousin and i say it has to be 3rd, which is it?

  1. 1st cousin you have the some grandparents.
    2nd cousin you have the some grand-grandparents
    3rd cousin you have the some grand-grand-grandparents

    In about half the states of the USA and most of the countries of the world you can marry your 1st cousin.  In all US States you can marry your 2nd cousin and also your 1st cousin once removed(your 1st cousin kids)  You may went to know that ALL Humens are no more the 50th cousins, so if you ever went to marry you well have to marry one of your cousins.

    Also in Australia and many others counres you can marry your uncle/aunt and niece/nephew.
