cookies & cream is my favorite regular ice cream flavor. for specific names/brands, i love ben & jerry's creme brulee, haagen dazs dulce de leche, & pretty much anything from cold stone. for toppings, i would say crushed oreos, caramel, hot fudge, whipped cream, & rainbow sprinkles are my faves.
