Watt rating of vibrating conveyors?

How do I calculate the power used in watts of a horizontal vibrating conveyor if I know the kgs moved, time and distance.

The best would be to go to the business en which is the supply to the conveyor. put a data logger on to measure voltage and current and read off the value or measure the Current and multiply by the voltage. If it pulses DC then measure on the incoming AC line.
