The German-born Turkish midfielder has been unable to grab a first team place at Real Madrid, but Borussia Dortmund claims they will not be signing their former player.
Borussia Dortmund’s general manager Hans-Joachim Watzke has revealed that both the club and the player are not keen on a re-union at Signal Iduna Park. The midfielder just moved to the Spanish capital last year, but has since failed
to make an impact and find a starting berth at Real Madrid.
Jose Mourinho was a fan of the Turkey international playmaker which is why he made a move for the player. The 23-year-old midfielder has been able to garner less exposure and limited game time. Therefore, there is speculation that
the talented young player will leave the Santiago Bernabeu.
The most likely destination would have been Dortmund if the youngster does decide to call his time in http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Spain-c3011. Watzke has cleared the air, by saying that a possible transfer regarding the player, who rose through the ranks of Die
Borussen outfit, is not this summer’s priority. He, on the other hand, did not deny moving for the midfielder in the foreseeable future.
The Dortmund official further mentioned that if Sahin does come back, it will not be a pre-planned move neither by the club or the Madrid player. Die Schwarzgelben outfit has not really given the transfer much thought and want
their ex-playmaker to do well and prove his worth in La Liga.
"Sahin coming back to us is not planned, either by him or us," Watzke was quoted saying in an interview.
Furthermore, he stressed that the http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Germany-c2904 is impossible.
"However, he’s a boy with a Dortmund past and he came from our http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/U-17-Youth-team-c40787, so I would never rule out a return," the general manager concluded.
Los Blancos spent a reported figure of €10 million for the German born player on a five-year contract. The midfielder is contracted with the Galacticos up till 2016.
