Waveboard Help?

my old waveboard, somethin's wrong with it, the turning mechanism's messsed up, so i bought a new one and am about to return the old one, the new one, the wheel wore out so i was gonna switch the wheels, but on the back, the thing you s***w out, none of the equipments fit into the hole, the hole was messed up. How do i open it?

If i cant

should i return both waveboards and just get a new one?

  1. sounds like ur having a difficult time, if you unscrew all the screws on the bottom of the board you can see whats going on with the castor from the inside as well.   def go to thewave.com and check their waveboard maintenance section, and send an email to their customer service maybe with a pic or something, i've been ridin' for 2 years same board and ive never had that problem.  

    however the wheels need to be rotated so u can get more time from them, i know street surfing is coming out with new wheels that last way longer.....

    seems like ur main issue is the castors and they might just need to be tightened up......
