Waxing problems....?

I wax my upper lip at home because I dont have the money to get it waxed in the salon and even if I wax it good and get all the hairs, it doesnt last hairless looking for longer than 4 days, than I have to continue looking hairy for 10 days so I can get a clean wax, so sometimes I just wax it every week but then I always look like I have a slight moustache. So I dont know if Im doing something wrong or what, I've been waxing it for almost 2 years and it hasnt gotten very much thinner than it used to be. My upper lip hair really is noticable, I get teased about it by my brother, cousins and bf, so what should I do...?

Should I wax it one week, than bleach it the next?? Is that too harsh on the skin??

What should I do?????

i'd say stop waxing. it's just going to keep growing back

the best thing to do is bleach it. when it's bleached, you can hardly tell there's any hair.
