Way to Russia company?

Dear all, i warn you do not use website www.waytorussia.net,

They have awful slow service and rude, i tried to buy ticket from here and paid lots of money but they still not send us ticket. We paid month before but my trip day after tomorrow.

The whole world, including Russia, use electronic tickets nowadays, so you do not need a paper ticket as long as your info is in the computer of the company you are flying with.
