Way to prevent from installing drivers multiple times when multiple windows are installed?

When i install 2 windows i.e Xp and Vista i need to install all my drivers,softwares etc multiple times.Is their any way i can have my software and drivers installed only once

No, because drivers are specific to operating system version, they can't be the same.

Not only that, but driver installs are tied to OS installs. So even if you had 2 installs of the exact same Windows version on the same PC, you'd still need to install drivers for each one.
