When I have a bad dream I usually try and pinch myself, which slowly wakes me up.
Today on 5 different occasions I thought I woke up from a dream. I thought this because I noticed I was in my apartment, but something about the appearance of it wasn't right, which made me realize I hadn't awoken yet. So I was wondering if there are ways to "exit" a bad dream or to not have bad dreams all together. I am sort of on edge of falling asleep tonight as I am kinda scared of this happening again. This being me thinking I have woken up from a bad dream
