Ways To Prevent Bad Dreams?

When I have a bad dream I usually try and pinch myself, which slowly wakes me up.

Today on 5 different occasions I thought I woke up from a dream. I thought this because I noticed I was in my apartment, but something about the appearance of it wasn't right, which made me realize I hadn't awoken yet. So I was wondering if there are ways to "exit" a bad dream or to not have bad dreams all together. I am sort of on edge of falling asleep tonight as I am kinda scared of this happening again. This being me thinking I have woken up from a bad dream

  1. Yes of course there is a way to exit a bad dream.

    One time i woke up in my apartment and i didn't know it was really a bad dream.

    So i found my way in to my favorite room the bathroom.I like it because i have privacy

    but anyway it took a while to open the door.So that means if you try entering a room

    that will be hard to get in then you will have to try as hard as you can to get in the room.Finally when i got in the bathroom i woke up.Your dream is like a game.

    Your in level one it will be easy level two medium and the last level hard.

    The way you can not have a bad dream anymore is draw your dreams rip them

    then spray it with anything.Exit the room then close the door.Make sure the window is open.Wait for a half an hour before you enter the room then close the window

    as fast as you can.Throw the ripped pieces in the garbage then you won't ever

    have a bad dream.Actually some bad dreams can be good like a person dieing.

    That means you extended that persons life.You know if a dream doesn't continue it

    will continue in another person and then end in the person it started with.So yeah some dreams can come to life.I tried the drawing dream thing it really worked.

    Also my friend had a dream that didn't continue and it continued in me.


  2. uhh if you have gotten into stuff like spirtism.. messing with demons then you will definitely have problems like you have described.  

    but if not.. maybe you could try reading a nice story before you go to bed, to put yourself in a different frame of mine.. it may work.. ya never know.

    I love mine. It was made by an old friend of mine who died when I was six. He was half cherokee. His name was tim. I loved that man like he was my father.

    anyway dream catchers work wonders. so long as you believe.

  4. 1st have a good sleeping regimen. Sleep early and don't stay up late all the time. 2nd If u r under some stress try to relax and get your mind off it. Bad dreams can sometimes be incorporations of what is happening in your life (ur emotions/fears) while u sleep. Sometimes stress can give u sleeping problems. 3rd quit watchin horror movies... it will haunt u in ur sleep   :p

    when ur asleep and having a bad dream sometimes the dreamer can't really tell that they're caught in a dream. Waking up from such events is quite random and unexpected. However if u r aware u r dreaming this is what is called a "lucid dream". U can try to wake up from it though it will be hard.
