Ways of determaining efficiency?

What are some ways i could determaine the efficiency of a player in a basketball game (specifically the NBA) purely by looking at stats?

so far i have there efficiency and weighted effieciency according to points scored in fantasy leagues and there stats per 40 mins.

If you are talking about player efficiency rating(PER) go to nba.com and look at it. Hope that helped.
