  1. Not sure about non-recyclable waste, but while over sea's in the 1960's mom gave her cans (veggie cans)after washing them to the towns people to help with their needs and as of seeing that I save and give items here to others.some items like plastic bags can be made into rugs that are great looking by twisting and braiding like hair also usable too, even to make door runners to keep the air out or heat in a room. also toilet paper rolls can be made into craft items by children or used in gardens on young plants to hold up ,and in time going back to mother earth and helping with the weeds. I use the inside wax sacks of cereal boxes for most all of my re-baggie needs, like left overs as they are clean when you shake them out, ready to use. I have a hard time throwing away much, even the inside of most boxes are good for reuse, good for children to paint on and food list to carry to store. I have lots of ideas for recycle uses.

  2. What do you mean by non-recyclable waste? Just about everything you use can be recycled in one way or another. Plastics, metals, glass, paper, fabrics.... Everything can be recycled.

Also, you could try to reduce what you use. For example, stop using so many plastics that you don't need. Disposable plates, forks, knives, bottled water, all of this is just waste.

  3. try using it over and over again.

e.i. styrofoam food boxes: wash them and use them again

  4. You can use it for different things.  Just use your imagination.
