Ways of removing texture from walls

some idiots have drawn with texture over my fence and i want to know a way of getting it off. can u help me

Garden sprayer. soak it good and try  to spray it off with a garden hose sprayer, lf that doesn't do it, try to rub it down with a sharpened stick, then respray it and try the hose again, ( a wire brush may scrach your fence. don't know what type of material you have) lf its drywall compound type of texture it will break down with water, good luck
