  1. No, and i have always been a big fan of Kylie M, my first record (yes back then) was locomotion!

Its a great name and feminine 2.

  2. it dosent matter how you spell the name it will be still said the same i have called my son tyler but i have spelt it tylor

i like to be different so there is nothink wrong with it at all

  3. I've never heard of Kylie Minogue.. but that's awesome you have no shame in it!

I wouldn't either, I love the spelling you picked! My friend is 27 and she spells her name Kylie too! I like it!

Have you ever heard of the spelling .. Kylei?

I very much dislike the spelling "Kyleigh" .. it's just so ugly to me.

  4. NO is a lovely name but nowadays people have to add their own endings and make it sound trashy, if you didn't want to be associated with Kylie Minogue why call your child that name at all.  Don't get that at all.

  5. kirt

    kurt

    ashlee

    ashleigh

    ashley

  6. No Way - I love that name - but then again i have too lol!!

Growing up i hated it because of the association of kylie minogue, and a comedy character called kylie mole - but i learnt to love my name as i got older.

I wouldnt mind my name being spelt Kylee - just because i like the look of it lol

  7. I like the name and the spelling - Kylie. It is short and sweet. Also I was a big Kylie Minogue fan in the early 90's and I still like her.

  8. Kylie is better than other....

  9. I like it best as Kylie. The other spellings (Kylee, Kyleigh, Kiley, Kyley, etc) all look too made up and childish.

  10. It don't matter how you spell the name, it's still pronounced the same.

I totally love Kylie as the spelling.

It's like my name. The curse of the *lee ending

I have seen my name spelt every single way. You still say it the same. I like my spelling, because it's so easy to spell.

If they don't want their daughter to be associated with Kylie Minogue why call them Kylie then. That is plain silly.

  11. I had a friend whose name was spelt Kylee. She was born over 30 years ago, so this spelling isn't new. Apparently her father named her & forgot how to spell it properly. I really don't think it matters either way - unless it needs to be particular.

My oldest daughter will struggle with her spelling for her life I think (Haley) - there's so many ways of spelling that too. She normally gets Hayley. eg - Haley (that's actually the boys' spelling), Hayley, Haleigh, Hayleigh, Halle, Hailee, Halee, Haileigh. There's so many others too!

It's frustrating at times when I have to explain to officials how to spell it & even after I have, they STILL get it wrong!

I do like the name Kylie btw, but as I'm not a fan of Ms Minogue (especially since they removed patients from a public hospital for her breast treatment!), I dont associate it with her.
