  1. Jogging, sit-ups & pull ups. Of course, some weight lifting.

    Thanks for asking.

  2. Upper arms:

Push Ups: Make sure keep a straight body. Do about 10 and work your way up to 30.

Dips: Face the opposite way of a coffee table. Put your hands on it facing the direction you are looking and move your feet out. Slowly dip down and then come back up. Do about 20.

Arm Circles: Put your arms straight out and circle them in tight fast circles. Do it for about a minute. Longer if you don't feel it.

    Stomach:

V Ups: Lay on your back on carpet and lift your arms and legs at the same time. Do about 10 and work your way up to 30.

Crunches: Lay on your back on carpet and put you feet on the ground with your legs bent. Put your hands behind your head and life up off the ground. Do about 15 and work your way up to 50.

Leg Lifts: Lay on your back on carpet and put your elbows down your your supporting yourself with them. Slowly lift your legs towards your face. Do about 10 and work your way to 25.

Hollow Hold: Lay on your back on carpet and lift your upper back, arms , head and feet a few inches of the ground. Hold for about 30 seconds.

    Hope I helped!

  3. For the upper arms (biceps): arm curls, chin ups, any rows.

(triceps): triceps extensions, push ups, dips, bench/dumbbell press

(deltoids, your shoulders): lateral raises, shoulder press, front raises, reverse flys

For the stomach (rectus abdominis, 6 pack muscle): crunches, sit ups, leg raises, swiss ball crunches.

(obliques, your side core muscles): side bridges, side bends, russian twists.

Do 15-20 reps for an upper arms/shoulders exercise, and 10-20 for the abs ones. 2 or 3 sets for each work out.

  4. hiya, exercises are boring. my daughter lost over 2 stone,so she needed to get rid of saggy skin on her arms and tummy.she did a hour of dancing in her bedroom morning, dinner time, evening.after about 2/3 weeks you could see the big difference it mad.and it never cost her any money.like it would if you went to the gym, which she says its boring. give it a try its fun if you do it with a mate.you can do it on your own.it does your dancing a world of good.xx   good luck and have lots of fun.x

  5. doing sit ups is the best for your upper arms and stomach have at do not over do it

  6. Well this is what I started doing just 3 weeks ago and I'm already seeing results.. Twice a day I did 40 crunches and 10 pushups. And when you go down during the pushup, hold it for 5 seconds. After a week, I increased the number of crunches by 10 and the number of pushups by 5.. So I was then doing 50 crunches and 15 pushups (still holding them for 5 seconds.) And now it has been a week so I increased the number of crunches by 10 and pushups by 5 again. So now I'm doing 60 crunches and 20 pushups. Keep in mind that this is twice a day, morning and night. Oh and, even though that doesn't seem like a big number of pushups, it is when you're holding them for 5 whole seconds. (Don't count fast, go "1 one-thousand, 2 one-thousand, 3 one-thousand,etc.)

Hope I helped.. Like I said, this is what I'm doing and I'm aready seeing results!

(I also run 30-60 mins per day most days of the week.)
