  1. Buy a package of coleslaw mix ..... Crunch up the ramen noodles and add to the shredded cabbage.  Mix the flavor packet with some mayonnaise and a little vinegar; mix well .... toss with the coleslaw mix

  2. I don't know if I would call this "jazzing up" the noodles, but whenever I'm too tired to cook and too funky to go out and eat, I will make myself a "quick and dirty" hotpot where I poach an egg with some succotash (you're from the USA so I know you know what I'm talking about) in the cup of noodles, let them steam for 5 minutes, and then eat it with chopsticks.

Obviously, you wouldn't want this every day, but it's a pretty balanced meal with minimum fat (although lot's of salt-don't add any) that doesn't leave you with a wrecked kitchen.

    Delish.  Kinda.

  3. hot sauce or mustard spices up the taste or some onions and garlic in there..

  4. Add some shredded chicken from one of those take-out roasted chickens from the supermarket. Tastes great with some green onions, and crushed red pepper.

  5. I always add veggies. If you have a can of mixed veggies or frozen veggies that would be great. Boil  the water add the veggies and then the noodles and let boil.

  6. Believe it or not shredded sharp cheddar. It tastes better in chicken. It kinda gives it that tangy taste and you would never know that it is top roman.
