  1. Look for creative ways to study...

While in the car, ask someone to quiz you on traffic rules and in certain situations.

Draw pictures of all the road signs to familiarize yourself with them.

Have someone show you how EVERYTHING in the car works.

And yes, you still need to sit down and read the book often.

(Just do it a few minutes at a time if you need to.)

  2. take some index cards and write the questions on one side and answers on the other there should be question in the permit book that you could use and those would be the one on the test but just go through them til u memorize them

  3. i cheated !!!!so yeah that worked or study..i mean its ridiculous things like if jimmy bought a roll and milk should he A drive with one hand and eat and drink it. B. drive with his knees and eat it..orC. wait till he gets to his destination..dont worrie if u have common sense u will pass.

  4. Just read that book that you can get at the county clerk carefully.

    You should be fine.

EDIT just so you know, it is not a hard "test."

  5. In New York State, they give you a booklet with information that you should study just as you'd study for any test.  I also know that in NYS, there are always a couple of questions about traffic signs--you have to identify the sign.

Again, I don't know how they do it where you live, but in NYS, the test is multiple choice, which makes it easier.  You usually will recognize the right answer when you see it.  Plus, I believe you can just take it again right there if you don't pass.

    Good luck!!
