Ways to beat the lottery?

i have some ideas on how to beat it... i need anyone who won (BIG) to tell me there ideas?

The only feasable way i can see to beat the lottery would be to know how much prize money has been awarded and how many ticket are left unsold and to only play when the total prize money available exceeds the cost of all the unsold tickets.  This would be very unlikely since the prize money totalls only about 50% the cost of all of the tickets and the odds of this ever happening are close to zero.
