i am stressed out and have anxiety what can i do to de-stress

Meditate.. take a shower or bath.. listen to soothing music or any genre that would help you get your mind off it.. do something artsy like painting or drawing.. read a book.. watch a movie.. talk about what's troubling you or write about it.. do some kind of aromatherapy work.. take a walk.. ride a bike.. do something physical.. drink some soothing tea like th tension tamer or some chamomile tea will help to calm you down to.
