Ways to deal with stress and pressure?

I get stressed out on a daily basis.... and it affects me a lot and the others around me. I get so angry because I am stressed that I yell and scream at others....

There is a lot of pressure on me everyday and I need help.

How do I stop doing this? Its not good!

  1. Figure out what it is that is stressing you out and do something about that situation.  If you have a relationship that is not going well, sort it out.  If you have stress at school or work, is the stress preventable?  And if so, then do something about it.

    Then try out all of the techniques that have been kindly listed by the others here.

    1. meditate

    2. breathe slowly

    3. take up a sport like boxing or tai chi

    4. read a looooong book

    5. occupy your mind with other thoughts...but dont start day dreaming at work or anything like that.

    6. always negotiate if somebody is being unfair and you think you desrve better

    7. always talk it out, never take physical action or start yelling like a maniac

    8. check out some self help books or attend an anger management class

    9. dont over excert your self. that means dont push it too much

    10 get more sleep

    11. learn origami, to do this well you need both creativity and concentration. the last trait is someting that most eratic people dont have
