Once in awhile I'll have a really good dream and the next night I would have loved to have a dream just like it....is there something that I would research or anything of that sort to learn more about doing certain things before bed to have dreams that I want...kinda? I've tried thinking about it and visualizing what I what to dream about but it NEVER works....it only works if something is discussed a lot that day and I don't even think about having dreams about it and then I have it.....any help, please?!!!
