  1. Have somebody walk on it or else lift you up in like a bear hug and crack it. Proceed with caution I'm just going by rumor. Or else quit your job if it involves lots of lifting.

  2. Work on your posture at the computer. Don't slouch, and maintain the curve in your low back. Get up and move around frequently.

Also, if you have no money and you KNOW that sitting at the computer is causing back pain, maybe you should get a job before it gets so bad that you have to go to a doctor.

  3. crack it

  4. stop sloughing, bad posture gives bad pain pains, and get a life and stop sitting on the computer all day.

  5. Heres some ways

  6. YOU TO!?? OMG My back is KILLING me! and i cant get off the computer!. . . I need some drugs! :(   (hydrocodone would be perfect right now)

  7. well get a hot and cold patch its very cheep and works with a microwave also

  8. If its your lower back i recommend a heating pad and some ibuprofen also they sell those therma care lower back relief things,it looks like a belt so if you;re at work and cant use a heating pad that will provide relief for a few house with the pain meds. also at night sleep with a pillow between your legs that helps me by elevating my hips and back try it

  9. Get off the computer.

  10. Sit up straight or put your monitor level with your eyes

  11. Get one of those electrical shiatsu massage pillows. They're only twenty or thirty bucks and well worth it.

I just used one tonight to take care of some wicked upper-back pain, and the pillow can be used anywhere on the back.

  12. Stretch and strengthen your abdominal muscles. You could also buy a T.E.N.S. unit to stimulate blood flow to the back muscles.

  13. buy a new back

  14. Lie on your back on the floor, with your legs elevated 90 degress on a couch, or any type of furniture.

  15. massage

  16. Try to get at least some rest. Also, you can try a heating wrap. If that doesn't help, have some Tylenol.
