okay i got my phone taken because these free ring tone offers lured me in and i read the terms and conditions and it said they get there money from people clicking on adds well ive been using the website for like 6 months now then all of a sudden my our cell bill skyrockets and i hever ever clicked on a ad and im 14 and i just just started scholl and all my friends wanna text me help help help me plezz i want my phone preety bad

i've signed up for these things before without any intentions of subscribing to their c**p. my parents called at&t and explained that since i am a kid and i didn't mean to subscribe that they should give us our money back and they did. it's worth a try.

have your parents call your service provider and explain the situation. I have been there done that, and got a refund. [with at&t]

From now on use a place like phonezoo.com to make your own ring-tones, it only charges you for the text, and for the time spent on-line downloading it..
