Ways to go to sleep when nervous?

Well im a freshy starting Today (its 12:41am) and you know that feeling you get before a big day like Christmas and its just impossible to go to sleep in a timely manor. Well im struggling. I have to wake up at 5 and its almost 1.

Anything to help me loose this restlessness and go to bed? No sleeping pills or anything id find in a medical cabinet.

Congratulations, freshy!  It is a big day ahead for you.  How to go to sleep?  Take a few minutes to acknowledge your nervousness and really feel it.  Explore it for a few minutes right now and think about all the new things you might experience tomorrow.  Get excited about your new adventure!  Then take a few deep breaths, tell yourself that you will let all the new things happen tomorrow, and let yourself relax.  You will be ready to sleep because your brain will know that you have just given yourself permission to have the nervousness that it is so curious to explore and the permission to let it go so you can have the full experience tomorrow.  Hope that helps!  Oh yeah, and get off the computer!  That's definitely not helping.
