Ways to help fire ant bites?

Question

I have multiple bites around my ankles, and they hurt and itch really bad.

Is there anything that I can use that will help?

either home remedies or things to buy at a store.

Also how long do they last? And will anything help them heal quicker?

If you can take a antihistamine if you are allowed. Also rubbing alcohol will help.Don't itch them they love that lol I live in Fl so we have them also Good Luck

when my daughter was little we were at my grandmothers and she got into some fire ants, and my granny put clorox on them as soon as it happend, and they actually never festered up.. but mind you she is old and from AL so idk know how safe this was but it worked..
