  1. a good website for fundamentals for beginners and advanced players is kudda sports videos (kudda.com). theyre also on youtube. they really helped me on defense!

for improving as a player...practice makes perfect!! try to practice at open gyms or go to camps!

and more!!! if u don't know some of these steps, practice them  and find more out at google!!! just google it!!!

  3. notre dame high school has summer camp its a lot of fun ,you learn a lot and get tons of pratice

  4. keep practice while watching other good players. observe them

  5. practice, practice, practice. It's the best way to get better. Also find someone who is really good at volleyball and ask them for tips and to help you with the things you need to work on.

  6. I play volleyball too, and here's some tips to improve your volleyball:

Bump against the wall or like try to stay in one place and bump...it helped me a whole lot with bumping and aiming.

To set, you can like set against the wall or in one place. My coach said when you get the hang of setting, you can walk and set and it's really hard.

For serving, you should serve like regularly underhand/overhand and just keep practicing :) Also serve against the wall, it helps :D

You should also get your club to start bumping in a circle if they don't already. That way you can practice your bumping and know how your teammates bump and dive and set and all that stuff.

And one last thing: find other people who play volleyball and let them throw the ball to you, and practice diving.

    Hope this helps,

    Coolio Person :)

  7. Not to sound cliche, but it really takes a lot of practice. Find a partner, or better yet, a group, to work with. Figure out what your strong points are so that you can find your perfect position. If you are a hitter, I would definately work on improving your vertical. You can do this through jumping rope, running up flights of stairs, or through special devices. Core strength is also key, so lift weights do crunches, anything to improve yourself.

  8. keep practiceing
