  1. Being 15 you are likely not finished growing yet.  So, don't fret about your body now.  But, in general, cardio exercise increases metabolism.  Also strenght training exercise does as muscle burns more calories to maintain than fat.  Diet also plays a factor.  You should eat carbs up front at breakfast, far less at lunch and few to none at dinner.  Your body needs less carbs as the day progresses.  Caffeine also wreaks havoc with your blood sugar, which effects weight loss/gain and distribution.  Avoid caffeine as much as possible.  This isn't quick fix stuff, it is a lifestyle.  Manage your health and own your diet and exercise.  And don't give up if you fall short one day, just get back on the routine and drive on.  Over time a falling short here and there is inconsequential compared to days and days of stick-to-it-ness.

  2. water, caffeine, exercise.. there are a bunch of vegies that increse it too like broccilli etc

  3. you need to gain weight honey, you're actually pretty underweight!  You should weigh more like 140-145!  and thats not much for your height, its considered HEALTHY!  Exercise, workout eat fruits and veggies and this will increase your metabolism and give you more energy!

  4. Aside from exercise?

    Green Tea capsules.

Basically a concentrated amount of Green Tea. =]

I take them and they seem to be working.

Not that I'm really overweight either...
