  1. think of how nice your body will look after losing extra weight. think of how much healthier you will be when you have lost extra weight and you are in shape! also look at people on google that are fat and say eww i don't want to look like that then look up people that have nice bodies (not anorexic people eww) and say hey i want to look like that i'm going to the gym!

  2. It kind of depends on your age. For teenagers, thinking about a girl/guy you like, or how you'll surprise everyone at school with your new figure seems to be a great motivation. But for adults it can get more difficult. Generally, just think of what you'll look like AFTER your weight lost, and whenever you're exercising, get some music or something to give a theme to your routine; it really helps, because it won't feel as mundane as it originally did.

Just realize that you're doing this for YOURSELF and you'll feel and look great in the end. Dieting means you want to create a healthy lifestyle, which is something you should be proud of. For every pound you shed, be proud of it and you'll keep moving forward.

You also need to span out when you weigh yourself, and get a good time to weigh yourself! Don't weigh yourself every other day, or once every week. Move it to every two weeks, or three. Constantly checking a weight scale can discourage you, or it'll make you obsessive over your weight - which is BAD!

    Good luck!

  3. My boyfriend goes to the gym with me... that really helps...

  4. go to youtbe and search.

    "fine a$s women"

    "women in shape"

    etc.
