Ways to loose weight from your stomach?

I want to loose some weight fro my stomach. It's not completely flat but i'd like it to be. Is there any ways to loose weight? i eat pretty healthily and do lots of exercise i just want to loose some of the excess skin of my tummy.

  1. there is no such thing as spot reduction.you cannot lose weight in one place of your body.you lose it everywhere.

    but anyways,the only way to achieve your goal is to eat right and do some cardio.maybe 30min at least 3x a week

  2. cardiovascualr exercises such as power walking, running. do situps, crunches, weighted crunches and sit ups, be creative with that and u can loose the weight in a decent amount of time

  3. 1)  First, the word is lose not loose.  You want to lose weight, not loose weight.  (Loose is the opposite of tight.)

    3)  There's only one way to lose weight (fat) and that's to burn off more calories than the number of calories you consume.  That's it.  Done.  End of story.  It doesn't matter HOW you burn them off.  You can jog, swim, cycle, lift weights, make love... do anything you want.  

    The easiest way is to a) exercise more often than what you're probably doing now AND b) cut back on your calories.  However, note that you don't HAVE to cut back on your calories at all.  You can pig out on banana splits all day and lose weight if you want to.  (Not cutting back on your calories just means you have to exercise more.)

    4)  As a couple of earlier answers correctly said, you can't spot reduce.  You can't remove fat from just your stomach, for example.  When losing weight, your body will take it off in the reverse order that it put it on.

    5)  Finally, you can expect to lose, at most, about 1.5 to 2 pounds of fat per week.  If you lose anything more than this, you're losing water and/or muscle, which is NOT what you want.

    Eat right, (no junk food) and exercise.  Eat right, and exercise.  That's it.  Done.

  7. you cant just lose weight or fat from a certain area on your body. When you work out or diet you lose the fat from all over the body not just from a specific area.

  8. Running for long distances (heart rate at or above target for over 20 minutes at a time) is the best way to burn fat.  Believe it or not, doing sit-ups and the like do little fat burning compared to running.  What sit-ups will do, however, is strengthen your abdominal muscles, toning them, and giving them a stronger "flatter" appearance once the excess fat is burned.  Just make sure you're eating well and eating right for running.

  9. I have the same exact problem.

    First, you must consider what you're eating. Fruits, vegetables, and salad only. It's ok to have a burger once in a while, like how some people only drink 1 bottle of wine with friends to celebrate an occasion.

    Second, you can try vitamins. Grape fruit seed extract is a nice way to get started. It will clear out all of the parasites in your body.

    And third, you must exercise. Try to do more and more sit-ups every day. Also, if you're having a problem with that, try going to your local thrift store and see if they have any exercise machines.

  10. Walking up hills helps the stomach and the butt. Running, walking.

    Cruntches and sit ups. (As you do these if you feel you're stomach hurting, it means that it is working!)
