Question:

Ways to make a red eye flight more comfortable to sleep...?

It will be hard as it is due to the fact that I will have two year old twins in and out of sleep, but what are some good ways to get some rest? I have a hard enough time falling asleep normally and I'm guessing it will be harder sitting upright. I'm going from LAX to NJ so it isn't a short flight. Any tips?

  1. Well, if your children need to be tended to, then I do not think there is a way. If, however, you can push this responsibility onto someone else somehow, then seriously, try AMBIEN. Call some friends. I am sure someone will have a spare pill. I often have trouble falling asleep as well. It can take me hours and I certainly can not sleep on a plane or in a car, but Ambien will do the trick for you, as it has done for me many times before. Believe me, it is Incredible stuff. Good luck.
