Ways to make mall eco-friendly?

What are some ways that you can make a one-stroy mall eco-friendly besides like solar panels on the roof and obvious things like those? Think outisde the box because everything that I could think of is like already done.

    BAGS!  Have stores give reusable bags.

    WATER: Make sure the restrooms and the restaurants are processing reclaimed water.

    LIGHTING: lighting solutions...there are many including solar.

    AIR: Have an atrium for air quality. Make sure efficient doors are installed that allow air conditioning and heat to stay in the building.

    ENERGY: Energy efficient machinery and equipment
