Ways to make my eyes look bigger?

I am asian and my eyes aren't that small, but I have hooded eyes (I don't have a big eyelid crease; I do have one, it's just small). What are some ways to make them look bigger? Do I wear eyeliner, or is there a way to put on my makeup to make my eyes look bigger/rounder? what? Any tips/tricks?

DONT WEAR EYELINER!!

it shows off the shape of ur eyes and if ur eyes are small thats bad.

try lots of eyeshadow but idont think thatll help, just bring as little attention to ur eyes as possible sorry girrl cant help to much.

use bright eyeshadows after a foundation on  your eyelids. Dark colors make them look smaller. Then use dark eyeliner. Not a heavy amount though. When applying mascara apply on the side lashes to make them branch out and look bigger, or apply to all the top lashes and apply just to the outer bottom lashes. Fake lashes work well if you know how to apply them. Finally you can make the eyes look wider with white eyeliner on the inner eyelid on the bottom ( the bottom lash line) hope this helps if not just look up how to make your eyes look bigger on videojug

              There are many things you can do to make your eyes look bigger.  Focusing on lighter shades of eyeshadow (darker shades make your eyes look smaller) will really help.   Then sweep a light shade over the lid, then add add a darker color to the outer corner of your eye lid and the crease as well.  After this line the outer,upper, and lower part of your eye lid with eyeliner but not to much, remember to keep it light.  Adding a little of white or cream eye shadow in the middle of the browbone will make your eyes "pop".  

                   Because your eyes are asian (which I think are great by the way), you can add definition by "sweeping a medium-toned shade across the lid & browbone.  Dust under the brow with a light highlighter shade to accentuate the brow bone the use a pencil liner to line the upper and lower lashes".

                      Those tricks should help.  If you want more tips I suggest going to About.com:beauty, I find a lot of good advice there.  I wish you the best of luck, but remember, keep it light.  Your natural eye and color is the prettiest.

use volumizing or lengthening mascara and DONT use any eyeliner below your eyes--it makes your eyes appear smaller--acutally its best if you dont use any eyeliner at all. also stay away from dark eye shadows and use lighter, brighter colors. bright eye shadow will make your eyes stand out more and make them more noticable. stay away from dark eye shadows though since they shrink the apperance of your eyes.

Hi there. I would wear eyeliner and mascara, and I would put eyeshadow from the eye lashes to a little above the crease of the eyelid. I would also use a slightly darker shade of the eyeshadow in the crease; this will give nice depth. You can also use a slightly lighter shade of the eyeshadow in the inner corner to make your eyes look brighter. Just be sure to blend your shadow so that you don't have "zones" on your eyelid :-)

dont use black eyeliner because it will make your eyes look small. if your going to use eyeliner just use brown or even bright colors to make your eyes pop!

maybe you should try using a lighter color eyeliner, not black. maybe brown? or grey? and try putting it on top of your eyelid too. not just on the bottem. like by your eye lashes? oh and maybe wear some light colored eye shadow. if you want your eyes to look beiiger you should not wear black. except for mascara. wear that a little thick. heres a pic.

First of all, asian eyes are gorgeous, my favorite by far :]

I think if you curl/lengthen your lashes or put some light, shimmery shadow (or gold) in the inner corners of your eyes, it makes your eyes look more open, and liner defines them and can make them stand out. Plus I think some eyeshadow would make the whole "eye area" bigger.

Use black eye liner above your eyelashes and use white eye liner below your eyelashes. Use an eyelash curler on your top lashes (It makes them POP!)  And I know what you mean I'm asian too and mixed with native american so my eyes are really slanted, so trust me it works!

My eyes are like yours.  When I don't have on eye makeup, my eyes look "chinky".  People are very surprised when they find out that my eyes are actually small.  Eye shadow and eyeliner do wonders!  I put a very light color on the lid, then a darker color (I like gray or dark brown) on the crease.  Make sure you blend it so it's not harsh looking.  Then put eyeliner on top and bottom of eyes as close to lash line as possible.  Blend that as well.  Don't forget to curl your lashes and put on mascara!  I don't know if I explained that well enough.  It's easier to demonstrate, but I hope that helps!

But definetly use liquid eyeliner for the top lid... and pencil for the bottom.

BE CAREFUL WHILE APPLYING THE LIQUID EYELINER...IT HURTS WHEN IT SMEARS INTO YOUR EYE(s).

Eyeliner makes them look bigger for sure as when you put on eyeshadow make it sweep up to you eyebrow. That will give it the illusion that you have bigger eyes.

Ive heard of putting white eyeliner on the inner lid of the lower part of your eye...stretch down your eye and put it on that white part. Haha.
