Are there any ways to ease into/make running easier that work well? My biggest problems are foot and chin pains. I think I found the right shoes but I was on a budget so they probably aren't exactly top of the line either. Asics gel type shoes. Anyway, I know that running would be the absolute best thing for me to whip myself into better shape, but it would be nice to hear some tips on how to make it easier on me,Thanks:)!!
