Question:

Ways to stay less hungry?

First off, I'm not anorexic. I never have been.

I'm trying to lose a couple pounds through dieting and so forth - but I'm hungry all the time! Even when I have just eaten. Are there any tricks for making your body think it's full when it's not?

  1. Drink water, eat things with protein and fiber.  Raw almonds are a good snack and will keep you full feeling.

  2. Sure thing.

Drink lots of water, take vitamins and eat high fiber foods. (Fiber fills you up, which is why fruit is very good. It's high in fiber.)

  3. Hunger pangs usually pass within 10-20 minutes- just be patient!!

And they don't usually come tooooo often

Have you ever not eaten like all day, and when it gets to the afternoon you feel sick at the thought of food?

  4. when you do eat, make sure you're getting enough protein and fiber and not just eating empty calories. Drinking tea and water and chewing gum will help keep you full in between meals.
