Question:

Ways to stay up later?

I've got a bunch of things to do tomorrow (and probably shouldn't be wasting time on Yahoo..) and I'm getting really tired, worried I'll fall asleep.I've given up drinking sodas & coffee. Any ideas for staying awake just a while longer, and being healthy?

  1. Play some music, light exercise (pushups, jumping jacks, crunches), coffee, or just go to bed early and then wake up early...

  3. I suggest eating a fruit... any fruit. Apple, banana, orange. These are made up of a more complex energy chain, so it releases energy more slowly as it takes a lot longer to break down.
