phoenix but we need to know what areas are the nice ones and which ones to avoid. we have school age children so good schools are a must also can someone please help me

Years ago Madison School District was one of the best.  Times change so consult a good real estate agent.

I'm in Phoenix.  You will do fine.  You aren't going to end up in a gang violence neighborhood.  Anything is Tempe is great.  Peoria is new and shiny.  Anything with a Scottsdale address means you have money.  Arcadia is a dream for kids.  Laveen if you want farm animals and a rural setting.  Palm Valley for all new houses with tile roofs.  The world is yours. /
