It won't be cheap. :(

Best bet is trying to get a backload from a removalist coming back to Melbourne.

I often think it is cheaper to sell your large items and buy new when you get to Melbourne. The smaller stuff you can do with a U Move trailer as long as they have a depot in Melbourne, or a Budget Renta Truck and move it yourself.

The cheapest is usually if you can find a removalist that is looking for a backload (ie they've already taken a load from Melbourne to Queensland, and don't want to drive the truck back empty).
