  1. These are probrably Drain Flies.Moth flies (Drain fly) are small flies, about 1/8th inch. They are usually black, but may be brown. The key identifying trait for this fly is the unique pattern of veins in its wings.Drain flies: breed in drains, sewers, septic tanks and soil that has been contaminated with sewage.

Fruit flies: can be spotted around fresh fruits/vegtables, rotting fruits and vegetables, drains, garbage and damp organic materials.

Phorid Flies : are found in sewage contaminated soil, garbage, drains, human cadavers, rotting vegetables and fruit, garbage as well as damp organic materials.

Sphaerocerid Flies: may be found in manure, damp organic material, drains, rotting fruits and vegetables and garbage.

You will need to call a pest control company, unless the state you live in allows the selling of chemicals, if they do, I recommend Invade Bio Drain Cleaner.

P.S. A few fly traps wouldnt hurt either.

    Good Luck Froggy

  2. These are called "Meal Moths" and you are probably very infested. Look in the dry goods on your shelves: flour, pasta, cereals, oatmeal, rice, etc. for the telltale signs: little worms, moths and webs that cling to the insides of the boxes.

Throw out anything that has any bugs--you can't use it. And if the items are in plastic containers, such as Tupperware, you'll have to wash and bleach them in order to get rid of any leftover f***s and eggs. Check everything, wipe down your shelves with bleach-water, and remove any infested items to the trash outside right away--to keep them moths from laying more eggs.

Look on the spice shelf as well--they can infest baking powder and soda, and corn starch. Don't keep things like this on the shelf too long.

The good news is they're easy to get rid of. Just toss, clean and keep only fresh items on your shelves. Sometimes products from the supermarket have the meal moth eggs in them when you buy them. Check expiration dates of products before you bring them home.

DON'T USE PESTICIDES. It's not safe. A natural and safe repellant is bay leaf--sprinkle the dried leaves on your pantry shelves after cleaning them.  They repel meal moths and other crawling insects.

These things can also be in pet foods--make sure when you buy foods you look at the packaging--and don't buy it if it's dusty, webby or opened.

  3. Are they like little mini worms that fold into a circle when touched or dies? well those come when you have like moisture in areas and also when you have dust dirt in some areas, like if you take a look in your window sill youlll see them, those  little worm like creatures becaue of the dust and maybe spiderwebs, just make sure you get the crevices when cleaning that's all.
