We have never been "assured" that our votes are actually counted, but there are many different precincts that count the votes cast there and they all would have to be in on a huge conspiracy in order to hijack any election.

You need to be more specific on what you mean.  The only current issue I can think of is the DNC's refusal to count votes in Florida and Michigan.  

Either way, start holding politicians accountable and things will change.
