If they were already named keep the names. If not then I highly recommend discussing names with the First parents. If you are not able to meet with the First Parents and discuss names, i have an idea. Use the First parents names as the children's middle names.

First of all, Congratulations!!!

Secondly, did their first parents have names for them? If so, then I would strongly recommend keeping them. If they didn't, you could even consider meeting with the first parents and come up with names together.

First of all, I'll call you "Lucky Lilli"!!!!!!!  I'm so jealous!

There are so many thousands of names, and the differences could be so great, depending on the babies.  I believe that babies should be named for who they are.  For instance, when my youngest (adopted) was born, I had 6 names picked out.  I chose the name Jacob Dean.

For a girl:  Vanessa Rose

For a boy:  Jaden Michael

If they have already been named, I'd leave their names as they are.  Congratulations, I'm soooooo jealous!
