  1. If you drink to much water you can wash out your electrolytes. Each body has a different tolerance for water. If you drink too much water in a short period of time and not have some way to relieve yourself of the excess you can actually die. Trust me it happens. I myself drink a lot of water but I know with me the limit comes when I get nauseated and achy. That when I know I've had too much. I know it sounds like a joke but be careful.

  2. Besides making a person go to the bathroom too often they are alot of chemicals in our water systems these days that can cause infections or sicknesses. That's why those filters are very helpful.

  3. As I said in the other question about water consumption, the only problem I have is the track I'm wearing in the carpet toward the toilet....................

  4. water has no nutritional benefits to it or at least not enough to keep up with your daily reccomended needs

  5. IF YOU DRINK TOO MUCH IT IS HARMFUL...YOU CAN DIE FROM DRINKING TOO MUCH AS IT IS TOO HARD ON YOUR SYSTEM....READ THIS ARTICLE!

  6. Drinking too much is VERY difficult, but if you do it, it will dilute your electrolytes. There are no negatives other than this, except frequent bathroom trips.

  7. u cannot live without water!

  8. If you drink too much you can drown or experience water poisoning - see my source below.

  9. Water Sinks Ships and Rusts Iron, cant be good for the body!!! Ha Ha

  10. in my opinion, if you're not over-doing it, it would make you p**s a lot. lol.

  11. There are none... except like if you drink bottled water, you just contribute to the pollution problem. Some people debate that tap water is "unhealthy" due to filteration... but I honestly think that's c**p for most cities. Most cities have decent systems. I grew up on tap... it was fine. However, when I moved from NY to FL... I didn't like the taste of FL water... so I bought my own personal filter... which is a good idea anyway.

  12. Our drinking water is found to be polluted

with prescription and over the counter drugs.

We were always told to dispose of them

by pouring them down the sink, or flushing

    them down the hopper.

Our drinking water is full of drugs.
